Refund policy
We hope you love your Chique Designs, LLC. order. If not, please follow the steps below.
Chique Designs has a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label (at customer's expense), as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable items
- At this time, we do not offer exchanges
- Shipping and handling costs are not refundable
- Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned
- Personal items such as adhesive bras, bodysuits, earrings, swimsuits, shoes, etc. cannot be returned
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
- There is a restocking fee of $5/ item
- Return shipping costs are at the customer's costs.
- All returns are for store credit only. This credit never expires.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll automatically receive store credit within 10 business days.
